LET’S CREATE A TALE TOGETHER
The literary camp “Let’s Create a Tale Together” is organised every summer. It is aimed at 10 to 15 year old children who wish to learn the tips and tricks of writing fairy tales, and who like to read, play music and sing. During one creative week, the campers can put on the shoes of writers and create a fairy tale of their own as well as illustrate it and bind it with an authentic binding machine. The lore of tale-writing is shared by the camp's art supervisor – writer Vytautas V. Landsbergis.

BUNKER
The summer camp “Bunker” has been organised for the second year in a row. It is aimed at 10 to 16 year old children interested in the post-war history of Lithuania. One of the camp’s supervisors, Vytautas V. Landsbergis, has created a series of literature, theatre and film works on the topic of the partisan war and shares his creative experience during the camp. Other camping activities include military marching, readings of partisan memoirs and poems, watching films. At the fires at night, songs from the period of the partisan war are performed and tales of the “forest brothers” are told. Children learn the tricks of partisan fighting and survival. And the most important thing is the bunker that is being constructed in the forest under the supervision of true former partisans. The camping experience also includes trips to the restored partisan bunkers in the region of Anykščiai.
